Despite a 2.1% decline in national residential transactions, Compass posted a 28.7% year-over-year increase in revenue and a 27.8% rise in total transactions. Organic revenue rose 14.6%, and operating cash flow reached a record $23.1 million. The company's financial performance highlights its ability to thrive, even in uncertain market conditions.

Compass ended Q1 with over 20,000 principal agents, a 42% increase from the previous year. Strong agent retention (96.6%) and strategic acquisitions drove continued growth, with nearly 3,600 agents added during the quarter.
